BIRATNAGAR:

The Mero Mobile live concert organised in Biratnagar on June 2 enthralled thousands of audience.

The concert, which started on a sweltering Saturday afternoon, saw the crowd sway to the numbers belted out by popular singers such as Anil Singh, Priti Kaur, Mausami Gurung, Kranti Ale, Nima Rumba and Adrian Pradhan.

The crowd numbered almost 10,000 and the young and old alike had reached the concert venue, Shahid Stadium, without caring for the scorching summer sun, where they enjoyed an afternoon of music like never before.

Singer Deepak Thapa, who now is more into music composing than singing, brought back memories for many of those present in the audience with his song Bidesh jane mayalu timilai.

Free SIM cards distributed at the event also proved to be a major crowd-puller.
