If you missed the Mongolian Barbeque at the Radisson Hotel, then here’s an opportunity to enjoy a special barbecue of typical Nepali flavour. Named ‘Barbeque Unlimited’, it is on at the Splash Bar and Grill, Radisson Hotel every Friday evening for three months starting on August 3.
The delicacies, mostly marinated with a hint of Nepali spices, are mostly suited for non-vegetarians and will win both the Nepali and foreign tongues, says Basant P Joshi, Kitchen Executive at the hotel.
Try out on the Himalayan Trout, a fresh water fish the Valley people are not very familiar with, which tastes good on a barbecue, or Garlic Basil Massaged Pork Chops, or whatever you want from the variety of items on the menu. And while you eat your fill of the mouthwatering delights, enjoy the traditional music played by Sangeet Sagar.
