New books explore 007’s childhood
NEW YORK: James Bond has become world famous as a super smooth spy, but what do you think he was like as a teenager? A new series of books is being written about Bond’s school days. The books will be set in the 1930s. The future 007 was still a schoolboy, but his adventures had already started. They are being written by comedian Charlie Higson, with the first one due out in 2005, according to a report in the Independent newspaper.
