LOS ANGELES: Kelly Osbourne and Donny Osmond are to take part in the new series of US ballroom show Dancing With The Stars.

Singer Macy Gray, Melissa Joan Hart - former star of TV show Sabrina the Teenage Witch - and pop star Aaron Carter are also in the line-up.

R&B singer Mya along with sporting stars will put their best feet forward when the ABC show starts next month.

The most recent competition, the eighth to date, was won by 17-year-old Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson.

Osbourne will be the only British-born personality on the programme, following in the footsteps of other UK stars.

Other contestants on the new series are former supermodel Kathy Ireland, Food Network host Mark Dacascos, ex-American Football player Michael Irvin.
