The only video of Crocodile Hunter Steve Irwin being killed by a stingray has been given to his wife to make sure it never gets shown to the public. Steve was famous for his work with wildlife and was making a programme about stingrays when he was stabbed in the chest by one last September.

Australian authorities said all other copies of the tape had been destroyed. Steve was a national hero in Australia and his death sparked tributes from thousands of people all over the world.
