Primeval taste
Kathmandu:
After a spree of exotic experiences, it’s time to get real wild! And you don’t need to clutch a spear and run after the wild beasts to hunt them down this time, though. In it’s continuing efforts to promote new F and B concepts, Hotel Hyatt Regency has introduced “Wild boar Gourmet Buffet”, that’ll give you the adventurous thrill of an unadulterated and primeval nature. And the setting is no less perfect than the selection of menu. The lavish buffet takes place at The Café that overlooks the poolside that incorporates flavours from all over the world. One could select from a wide range of dishes ranging from Le cognac de Napoleon (French Brandy) courvosier marinated roasted gamon (legs) of bild bear served with calvados sauce (apple brandy sauce with green apple), which can be eaten along with wild boar keema paratha and a variety of assorted international breads.
Narender Singh, the executive chef at Hotel Hyatt Regency, who’s had seven long years of experience in Texas, discovered the irresistible fad for wild bears across the continents. Chef Narender has also designed the cuisine for the Nepalese Palate, which includes Bandel Sandheko. “I would suggest you to try everything because you’d find everything included in the menu irresistible,” says Singh. The buffet starts from August 20 and will continue till August 30.
