KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs 3 million was reduced to ashes when a fire broke out at a house at Dev Galli in Sankhamul of KMC-10 on Tuesday.

The reason behind the fire that broke out at the house of Kanchan Timilsina is yet to be established.

The blaze was later taken under control with help of police personnel and locals backed by a fire engine, police informed.
