LONDON: Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is considering legal action to contest claims that he smoked cannabis at a party.

The actor was pictured in Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper on November 13 apparently smoking a roll-up cigarette, reports imdb.com.

The newspaper alleged Radcliffe had been puffing pot at the party, but his representative has denied it.

“We categorically deny the allegations regarding Daniel Radcliffe. Daniel does smoke the occasional roll-up cigarette, but he was not doing anything more than this. We are considering our position and will be taking all necessary action in relation to such allegations,” a representative of the actor has been quoted as saying.
