Grande Hotel at Birauta, Pokhara is going to furnish American delicacies at the International Food Festival being organised by Annapurana Post on January 25 and 26.

General Manager of the Grande Hotel, Mahesh Dewan said that Pokharelis will get an opportunity to taste American dishes during the food festival. “American food items that will be offered by the hotel will be new and exclusive ones,” said Tulsi Prasad Lamichhane, Food and Beverage Executive of the hotel.

“As American dishes are popular all over the world, we hope that they will attract Pokharelis and people of adjoining areas as well,” said Dilip K Maharjan, Executive Chef. The Lan Hua Chinese Restaurant is going to offer Chinese cuisine in the festival. The restaurant has been serving Nepali, Indian and dishes of other countries for the last 14 years.

“People love Chinese fo-od,” said Jason Hou, chef and proprietor at the restaurant. “Those who haven’t tasted authentic Chinese food have a good chance to try it at the festival,” Hou added.

Once Upon a Time Restaurant in Pokhara is going to present Italian cuisine during the festival. The youth especially love pizza but other Italian dishes are also getting popular among the people from all walks of life. According to Chief chef at the restaurant, Resham Bahadur Ale, the food festival will be a good platform to promote Italian dishes. Lowenbrau is the Chief Sponsor and Brown Filter Kings and Ruslan Vodka are the co-sponsors of the food festival.
