Shawshank’s inspiration

Director Frank Darabont’s The Shawshank Redemption, released in 1994, has been voted the most inspirational film of all time in a poll conducted by HMV.
The film stars Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins and is about two prisoners who become close friends after spending years in jail. Ananova.com reports that Schindler’s List directed by Steven Spielberg came in second.
