LONDON: Actor Ben Affleck was so sick of smoking after playing a chain-smoking character in Smokin’ Aces that he was desperate to quit the habit. While shooting for the film, the 34-year-old, who was already a regular smoker, had to increase the consumption of cigarettes dramatically.

“The whole week that I shot, I smoked like five packs a day. By the time the movie was over, I was so sick of smoking that I just didn’t want to do it anymore... and I quit. I have this celluloid record of the last time I smoked!” Affleck was quoted as saying by contactmusic.com.
