Looking at paintings of diverse artists at one venue is indeed a treat for art lovers. A three-day art exhibition of a number of senior and upcoming artists is on display at the Park Gallery, Pulchowk till December 9.

The exhibition entitled ‘Park Art Fair’ has over 200 paintings that display a wide range of style, medium and subject matter. The small-sized paintings are mostly in acrylic, watercolour, oil and pastel. Paintings range from realism, impressionism, abstract to many more. Sculptors and photography have also been included in the exhibition.

“The main objective of the exhibition is to offer artists and art lovers a wide range of variety in a single exhibition. The artworks are also put at affordable rates,” said coordinator of the exhibition, Niti Joshi.

“The exhibition is like a number of flowers in a single garden,” commented senior artist Shyam Shrestha.
