Keith Urban is “over the moon” about wife Nicole Kidman’s pregnancy.

The country singer — who, along with Nicole, announced the happy news last month — still can’t believe he is going to be a father. He said, “Over the moon is literally how I feel — I’m very, very grateful! Performing in general has taken on a whole new feeling for me, certainly in light of fatherhood and so on.”

Keith also revealed he is planning on writing a song to dedicate to his first child when Nicole gives birth in July, adding, “It has been a really beautiful journey.”

Before returning to Australia, Keith is hoping to work on his upcoming studio album, which is set to include a duet with Nelly Furtado.
