KATHMANDU: Dohori lovers witnessed yet another day filled with witty and melodious dohori songs on March 23 at Fun Park, Bhrikutimandap at the week-long national Tuborg Dohari Pratiyogita, 2066. The competition is going neck-to-neck among 32 teams fighting for the first prize.

Swayambhu Dohori Saanjh, Dang Dohori Saanjh, Baduli Dohori Saanjh, Marsyangdi Dohori Saanjh, Bhanjyang Dohori Saanjh, Lumbini Dohori Saanjh, Gandaki Dohori Saanjh, Kasturi Dohori Saanjh, Manakamana Dohori Saanjh, Dhaulagiri Dohori Saanjh, Buspark, Laldurbar Dohori Saanjh, Jharana Dohori Saanjh were the participants of the day.

Ramesh BG, Krishna Devkota, Badri Parajuli and Tej Bahadur KC were the judges for the competition, who apart from just judging the performances, also entertained the crowd. Along with the judges, guest artistes Radhika Hamal and Nabin Poudel also performed to huge rounds of applause.

The event is presented by Gorkha Brewery and organised by Lok Sangeet Uthan Sangh Nepal.
