The hilly regions of Koshi, Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim provinces experienced partly cloudy skies this morning, while the rest of the country saw mainly fair weather, according to the Meteorological Forecast Division (MFD).
The partly cloudy conditions are expected to continue throughout the day in Koshi and Gandaki provinces. In Koshi province, this weather pattern is likely to persist into the night as well.
Meanwhile, Kathmandu Valley is forecasted to experience mainly fair weather both during the day and night. The maximum temperature is expected to range between 24°C and 26°C in the afternoon, while the minimum temperature may drop to 8°C-10°C at night.
According to MFD, the country is currently under the partial influence of a Western low-pressure system.
