KATHMANDU: One person was killed and another three were injured when a bus (BA 1 Kha 6649) of Kantipur Transportation hit them in Balaju, Kathmandu on Sunday.

The deceased has been identified as Ram Saran Neupane, resident of Nuwakot. Priti Lama, resident of Banasthali, Bibek Adhikari and Sonia Pudasaini of Balaju were injured in the incident .They are being treated in Janamaitri Hospital.

Vehicular movement has been halted in the Balaju area due to the protest demanding compensation and legal action against the culprit.
