KATHMANDU: A team of police on Friday arrested two more fake engineers from Gabahal of Lalitpur.

Acting on a tip-off, the team deployed from the Metropolitan Police Crime Division arrested Sandesh Ghimire (29) and Shree Ram Acharya (29) of Gorakha, in Gabahal.

Earlier, they had confiscated computers and fake documents prepared to submit at the Nepal Engineering Council and to issue a fake engineering licence.

Police had already arrested four fake engineers on Wednesday and one more on Thursday as well.

Police said the duo, along with others, have been sent to the Metropolitan Police Range, Lalitpur, for further investigation.
