KATHMANDU: Police in Kathmandu Valley said they arrested seven persons from assorted locations on Tuesday, for their alleged involvement in black marketing of petroleum products.

According to the Metropolitan Police Crime Division, police also seized total 2,745 litres of petrol and 1,910 litres of diesel from them.

They were arrested from five spots of Khasi Bazaar in KMC-14, Kalimati in KMC-13 and Kalanki in KMC-14.

All the suspects have been sent to the Metropolitan Police Range, Kathmandu, for further investigation and action.
