KATHMANDU: Police have nabbed an absconding man from his rented room in Swayambhu on Sunday.

He has been identified as Aakash Thapa Magar aka Badal (22), who police said was on the run since Saturday.

Earlier on Saturday, he was arrested for pickpocketing locals of Kalanki, from the premises of the Nepal College in Kalanki.

Police said Magar, handcuffed, had fled from the Metropolitan Police Sector, Kalanki.
