KATHMANDU:

The ad-hoc committee of the Indigenous Nationalities Civic Forum on Thursday condemned the government action against protesters at Maitighar Mandala. The committee has demanded immediate release of those arrested during the peaceful protest. In a press statement the forum flayed the use of force against peaceful protesters. It condemned the government act of issuing arrest warrants against demonstrators.
