KATHMANDU: Senior banker and entrepreneur Noor Pratap Jung Bahadur Rana passed away on Thursday. He was 76.

Former Chairman of Kumari Bank Limited, Rana was undergoing treatment for lungs-related ailment in New Delhi, India.

Rana was also the proprietor of Universal Pharmaceuticals and Trisul Gas Industries.

He is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter.
