National Poet Madhav Prasad Ghimire today awarded three Bhajan maestros with different awards amid a function organised by Keshav-Shusma Bhajan Gyan Guthi. Ghimire awarded bhajan singer Ratna Man Shrestha with Mahashakti award, musician Ganesh Prasad Shrestha with Mahadev award and lyricist Neer Shumsher JB Rana with Mahabuddha award. Each award carries a purse of Rs 11,111 and a letter of appreciation. At the same programme, Krishna Manjari Devi Upadhyay was felicitated for her lifelong devotion to the development of Krishna bhajans. Meanwhile, Ghimire released a CD of bhajans sung by prominent singers of Nepal.
