Bhajans recital by Komkali

KATHMANDU: A five member team led by Bhuvanesh Komkali, a singer from neighbouring country India will be performing the Shiva Stuti and Bhajans at Hans Sabha Mandap in Pashupatinath on Thursday at 6 pm.

The programme is oganised by the Pashupatinath Area Development Trust in association of Embassy of India.

Singer Komkali is the grandson of Kumar Gandharv, one of the greatest singers of India.

He is considered one of the best singers among the youth and a singer of huge talent and great attraction for the devotees. He has composed music for the Hindi feature film Devi Ahilya and performed successfully almost all over India in reputed music festivals and has been highly appreciated by the audiences. He was awarded a scholarship by the cultural department of the Government of India.
