LALITPUR: A cyclist was injured after a motorcycle hit him at Balkumari of Lalitpur in the wee hours of Sunday.

The injured has been identified as Jwala Nandaraj Upadhyaya (33) of Balkot, Bhaktapur.

Police said that the two-wheeler (Ba 75 Pa 8528) hit Upadhyaya at around 1 am today.

He is being treated at the Gwarko-based B&B Hospital.

Police said that they have impounded the motorcycle and arrested the rider for investigation.
