KATHMNADU: A woman was found dead at her rented room in Nirmalbasti of Lalitpur Sub-Metropolitan City-15 on Sunday.

The body of Maiya Rayamajhi (40) was found at the room locked from inside yesterday.

Rayamajhi was a permanent resident of Chalnakhel , Dakshinkali Municipality-3 of Kathmandu.

Police have launched an investigation into the case.
