Kathmandu, May 16:

General Secretary of Nepal Sadbhawana Party (Anandi Devi) Shyam Sundar Gupta today filed a case at the CA Court against the decision of the Election Commission to approve the names

of Sarita Giri and Motilal Dugar as the members of the CA under the PR system.

Gupta claimed that the decision of the national executive committee is against the decision of the working committee of NSP (Anandi Devi).

He also sought interlocutory stay order to prevent them from participating in the CA process. He claimed that Rajesh Kumar Gupta and Khushi Lal Mandal are the nominated persons from the party and that they should be declared CA members.
