KATHMANDU: The meeting of the Constituent Assembly scheduled for 7:00 pm on Sunday has begun by delaying more than one-and-a-half hour.

Major agenda of the meeting is to sumbit the CPDCC's report to the CA Chairman Subas Nembang by the Constitutional Political Dialogue and Consensus Committee (CPDCC) Chairman Dr Baburam Bhattarai.

However, as soon as the meeting began, the lawmakers demanded time and have been speaking on the agreement the four big parties made on six provinces.
