KATHMANDU: The Constituent Assembly defunct since July 21 is back in business from Monday. During the CA session the CA committee submitted its concept paper and preliminary drafts. UCPN-Maoist and Madhesi Janaadhikar Forum registered notes of dissent on the reports submitted by the CA committee chairman Ramesh Rijal that proposed a bicameral legislature in the centre with unicameral legislature in the provinces. The report also proposes a House with 151 members and National Assembly with 51 members. The CA members will render their views on the reports from Friday.
