KATHMANDU: A Cabinet meeting scheduled for today has been postponed without entering the agenda.

The meeting was called at the Prime Minister's official residence in Baluwatar.

Minister for Information and Communications Sherdhan Rai, who is also the spokesperson of the government, said that the meeting was postponed as Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli was scheduled to attend a programme in Dhulikhel.

The ministers are also busy as they are required to respond to queries of lawmakers raised during deliberations on the Appropriation Bill in the Parliament today itself, he added.
