The Constitutional Political Dialogue and Consensus Committee (CPDCC) report based on the 16-point agreement has now come to the CDC for draft after endorsement by the CA.

The CDC sub-committees have been assigned to finalise other disputed issues that were not addressed by the 16-point pact.

The sub-committees include Legislature Sub-committee under the convenorship of Bharat Mohan Adhikari, Justice Sub-committee headed by Ramesh Lekhak, Executive Sub-committee led by Hitraj Pandey, Preamble Sub-committee led by Jitendra Dev and Fundamental Rights Sub-committee led by Aindra Sundar Nembang.
