Chief Justice’s assurance

Chief Justice Dilip Kumar Poudel on Tuesday assured that the judiciary will make every effort in gaining people’s confidence by adapting to the “changes” in the country. “The judiciary will move ahead along with the aspirations of the people and the changed scenario,” CJ said. He further assured that judiciary would provide justice to the people and it would not “lose” people’s confidence. Former minister Nilambar Acharya emphasised on “permanent end of conflict” and arms management of government and the Maoists. “Temporary ceasefire is not the solution, there has to be an permanent end to the conflict,” Acharya said.
