KATHMANDU: The Commission for the Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA) on Monday wrote to the Transport Management Office to provide easy and effective public transport service. The anti graft body, in a press statement, has asked the office to submit a report to that end by mid-November.

Meanwhile, a committee in coordination with the Ministry of Labour and Transport Management, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Physical Planning and Works, Ministry of Environment, Traffic Police and Kathmandu Metropolitan City has been sought for. The CIAA has also urged to serve the public through branch offices of Bagmati Transport Office.
