CJ leaves for Vietnam
KATHMANDU: Chief Justice Min Bahadur Rayamajhi on Saturday left for Vietnam in order to attend a week-long conference of the chief justices of countries in the Asia Pacific region. As per the Interim Constitution, in his absence, senior most justice Anup Raj Sharma will takeover the charge as acting Chief Justice. According to Hemanta Rawal, spokesperson, SC, the conference will deliberate on the issue of judicial reforms and serve as an experience-sharing platform for the chief justices of the region. Rayamajhi has been accompanied by his wife Shakti Rayamajhi and personal assistant Surya Parajuli.
