BHAKTAPUR: Nepal Workers and Peasants’ Party (NWPP) Chairman Narayanman Bijukchhe on Saturday accused the Indian government of hatching a conspiracy to foil Nepal’s attempt to seal a trade deal with China.

During a book lunch programme organised by the Youth Society for Social Welfare at Surya Binayak, Bhaktapur today, the NWPP Chair claimed that India was currently using some individuals of the government for the same.
