KATHMANDU: The Department of Roads along with the Kathmandu Sustainable Urban Transportation Project has been working to construct a new underpass below the Teku bridge to allow easy flow of traffic along the Bishnumati Link Road. It is said that the underpass is one of the major road projects being undertaken in the capital at the cost of Rs 170 million. Officials at the DoR said the project was initiated in October last year.
