Kathmandu:

Police constable Balaram Shrestha, 24, was killed and nine cops were hurt when a mini-truck hit them at a check point at Bhaktapur on Sunday. A police official said when police personnel went to rescue Shrestha on the road, the mini-truck returned and hit them.
