The decision was taken by the standing committee meeting of CPN-MC held this morning at Paris Danda, the Centre's party office in Kathmandu.

CPN-MC has given 24 hours for the ministers to return.

Meanwhile, the party has sought clarification from 23 leaders who were nominated as central members of CPN-UML by PM Oli yesterday.

Prime Minister Oli, on Friday, had called a special meeting of CPN-UML's central committee and removed leaders of the Madhav Kumar Nepal faction from key responsibilities that they held before the party's merger with CPN-Maoist Centre.

In the same meeting, the establishment faction of CPN-UML inducted 23 members in its 242-member central committee. All of them were previously associated with CPN-MC.
