CPN MC Chair Dahal meets NCP Mashal General Secretary Singh

KATHMANDU: CPN Maoist Centre Chairperson Pushpa Kamal Dahal and NCP Mashal General Secretary Mohan Bikram Singh held discussions today on moving ahead with common ideology regarding the expansion of left alliance, along with other national and economic agenda.

In a meeting held this morning at Dahal’s residence at Khumaltar, the two leaders discussed matters related to contemporary political development in the country, left alliance expansion, and party unity between CPN-UML and CPN MC, among other topics, shared Dahal's Press Coordinator Manohari Timilsina.

General Secretary Singh is the political master of Chairperson Dahal and a revered communist leader. During the meet, leader Singh stressed that the country would have political stability and development only when there is collaboration among the left parties.

Chairperson Dahal said that good results materialised when the left alliance was formed during the federal and provincial parliamentary elections, and therefore, collaboration among CPN-UML, CPN MC and NCP Mashal would be kept intact in the upcoming National Assembly election.
