Kathmandu, May 3:

A 31-member cultural team of the Rastriya Jana Sanskritik Manch left today for Lamjung district to campaign for the formation of a democratic republic and raise awareness on CA polls.

Under the Mechi-Mahakali tour, the team is scheduled to perform cultural and musical programmes in towns and settlements from Mechi to Mahakali.

UML general secretary MK Nepal urged the group to campaign for a republic.
