BHAKTAPUR: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Home Affairs Bamdev Gautam held discussions at former's residence in Balkot of the district on Tuesday.

According to the sources, they held discussions about the current political developments and other issues.

Issues related to possible hindrances and security threat from different sides during the promulgation of a new constitution were discussed in the meeting.

It is reported that Chair Oli and DPM Gautam further discussed to strengthen security and maintain peace before and after the promulgation of the new constitution.

It is noted that the Constituent Assembly (CA) has made preparations to promulgate the new constitution on September 20.
