Kathmandu, July 27:

Cultural secretary at the Chinese Embassy in Kathmandu, Li Hua, handed over educational materials to the Society for Kathmandu Valley Public Library (SKVPL) amid a function held here today. Hua said he will also donate books on Nepal-China relations and on Nepali legendary artist Araniko. During the function, former Prime Minister Lokendra Bahadur Chand donated Sandhyabali, one of his works, to the library.

According to library manager, Juju Bhai Dongol, the library has a collection of over 8,000 books.
