KATHMANDU: An octogenarian, who was found unconscious inside a toilet of the Lumbini Guest House in Baneshwor, KMC-31, died on the way to hospital on Friday.

The deceased has been identified as 87-year-old Maila Moktan of Bhimphedi-7 of Kavre district.

Moktan, who was an asthma patient, did not come out of the toilet even after an hour, said police, the guest house staff with the help of police broke the toilet's door and rescued him in an unconscious state.

He breathed his last on the way to the the Minbhawan-based Civil Service Hospital.
