KATHMANDU: CPN-UML Chairperson KP Sharma Oli has urged one and all not to harbour any doubt over holding fresh elections in Nepal.

At the greetings exchange programme organised by the UML Kathmandu on the occasion of Nepal Samwat 1137 here on Friday, Oli said the elections were inevitable to end the prolonging transition.

"UML would avert the conspiracies being hatched to that end and hold the elections," he said, adding that he did not have any doubt on the conduction of elections.

Oli, also the former Prime Minister, asserted that no one can prevent the advancement of the country as the journey for the same was already started.

Various cultural programmes were also performed on the occasion.
