Envoy presents credentials

Kathmandu, July 3:

Resident Royal Nepalese Ambassador to Japan Dr Rameshananda Baidhya, who is concurrently Royal Nepalese Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, presented his letters of credence to President of the Republic of Korea Roh Moo-Yyun at a function at the presidential palace on Friday. Following the ceremony, Royal Nepalese Ambassador Dr Baidhya called on the president and held discussions on mutual ties and cooperation between the two countries.

The Foreign Minister of South Korea, Ban Ki-Moon, was also present at the occasion, according to the Royal Nepalese Embassy in Japan.
