KATHMANDU: Property worth around Rs 300,000 were destroyed after a shed caught fire in Pabitranagar of KMC-26 on Thursday.

According to police, the preliminary investigation points to an electric short-circuit as the cause of the blaze in the shed made of corrugated sheets, belonging to Kumar Shrestha.

Meanwhile, further investigation into the case is underway, said police.
