KATHMANDU: The Federal Socialist Forum Nepal has decided to extend its support to Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba in the Prime Ministerial election.

The Parliamentary Party meeting held today decided to vote in favour of Deuba in the election.

The party decided to support Deuba after he expressed his commitment to resolve issues including constitution amendment after formation of the government under his leadership, reported the Rastriya Samachar Samiti quoting -chairman of the Forum Rajendra Shrestha.

"We will decide about our participation in the government at the right time," he added.
