General Administration Ministry sends directives to employees
KATHMANDU: The Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration on Wednesday has issued a four-point directive for employees of its subordinate bodies.
Ministry's Section Officer Rabindra Jung Thapa said employees have been asked to stay in office during office hours, to compulsorily inform the respective divisions while leaving the ministry for official works, to fill up a logbook placed in the Internal Management Section and follow the schedule for lunch break from 1:30-2:30 pm.
The directives are aimed to make service delivery effective and efficient.
Similarly, they have been directed to compulsorily wear a uniform. However, the dress code is not mandatory on Fridays.
