A girls’ hostel is being built on the premises of Padmakanya Higher Secondary School in Dillibazar.
Former Deputy Prime Minister Prakash Man Singh and Indian Ambassador to Nepal Ranjit Rae jointly laid the foundation stone of Mangaladevi Singh Memorial Girls Hostel today.
The estimated cost of the 39-room hostel is Rs 30.7 million, according to Local Development Officer Gopal Kumar Adhikari.
