The Ministry of Health and Population has terminated the deputation of doctors and directed their return to their respective original workplaces.
Ministry spokesperson Dr. Prakash Budhathoki stated that doctors originally appointed at Dadeldhura Hospital in Sudurpaschim Province, Narayani Hospital, and Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital in Madhes Province-who had been deputed elsewhere-have now been reassigned to their respective institutions.
The decision was taken by the Minister for Health and Population, Nisha Mehta. The returning doctors belong to the 9th and 10th levels under the government medical service quota.
Following this decision, Dadeldhura Hospital will receive four doctors, while Narayani Hospital and Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital will each receive five doctors.
Dr. Rohita Bajracharya, Dr. Josan Lal Bajracharya, Dr. Bishal Kumar Dev, Dr. Prakash Dhakal, and Dr. Sushil Samadarji will serve at Gajendra Narayan Singh Hospital.
Similarly, Dr. Santosh Kumar Gupta, Dr. Misanta Sharma, Dr. Nabin Chandra Bhatta, and Dr. Suyogya Kafle will return to Dadeldhura Hospital. Meanwhile, Dr. Sonika Dhari Shrestha, Dr. Sanjog Timilsina, Dr. Aruna Gyawali, Dr. Mukesh Paudel, and Dr. Dipesh Bhattarai will resume duties at Narayani Hospital.
