KATHMANDU: Dr Govinda KC on Thursday warned that he will launch his seventh fast-unto-death if his 11-point demand is not endorsed by the Cabinet by Friday. Issuing a press statement, he alleged that the government had altered some points in the agreement. Earlier, he had postponed his hunger strike till September 18, giving a seven-day ultimatum to the government to implement the agreement. Dr KC had called off his sixth hunger strike on the 14th day after concluding a deal with the government on September 5.
